Youngman India in rental partnership with HILTI

Youngman India announced a pilot rental partnership with Hilti Tools, offering a selection of their power tools on hire for the first time in India. The company, which is known for pan-India rental of ladders, scaffolding towers, and mixers, is adding a range of electrical power tools designed for core drilling, concrete breaking, electrical installation and other site tasks.

Vanjul Jain, Director, Youngman India, said, ?We are very excited to add Hilti?s products to our growing rental fleet. Their high-quality products stand alongside our own, helping to improve efficiency, professionalism and safety in the Indian construction industry.?

Hilti, which manufactures tools for professionals and consumers in Europe, the US and Asia, will initially be offering three tools for rent: HILTI DD 160, HILTI TE 800 and HILTI TE 1000-AVR. These professional-grade tools are designed for the tough environment of the building site, helping contractors to work quickly, and safely on manual tasks such as concrete breaking and core drilling. This allows rental customers to benefit from cutting-edge safety innovations such as Hilti?s AVR (Active Vibration Reduction), which reduces vibration by 50 per cent.

Hilti Tools will initially be available for rentals from four Youngman India locations - Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad - before being rolled out across all 12 branches in 2018. They are expected to find use amongst HVAC contractors, electrical and plumbing fit out contractors who are looking to improve the quality of their work and increase their competitive advantage.

?We have already had major interest from many of our clients who are looking for innovative solutions to improve safety on their sites, and improve the efficiency of their work,? added Jain.
