Indian Railways plans on expanding bullet train to four metro cities

With an objective of connecting all the four major metro cities in the country, the Indian Railways is planning on setting up high-speed rail network across Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata. As of now, the government has already started working on groundlevel and has identified routes.
