Ashok Leyland unveils BS IV engine for CVs

Ashok Leyland has rolled out new range of BS IV engines for commercial vehicles that offers lower operating costs and maintenance to customers. The company has combined its indigenously developed mechanical pump used in BS III engines and the Intelligent Exhaust Gas Recirculation (iEGR) technology to introduce Innoline, the new BS IV engines. According to the company, this technology can be upgraded and used for BS VI engines as well. It also said that the Innoline engines make the maintenance simpler for the mechanics and give a hassle-free service to customers.
