JSPL to build a 2 million tonne cement plant

Jindal Steel and Power (JSPL) has plans to set up a 2 mn tonne cement plant near its steel plant at Angul in Odisha.
<p></p>
<p>The plant will reportedly come up inside an industrial park and will be built with an investment of Rs 5 bn. </p>
<p>The industrial park will be built over an area of 500 acre, by spending nearly Rs 6 bn. The DPR for the cement plant is under preparation.</p>
