Penna Cement files Rs.15.5 bn IPO

Penna Cement Industries has filed an IPO with capital markets regulator SEBI to raise Rs 15.5 bn. The IPO reportedly comprises fresh issuance of shares worth more than Rs 13 bn. It also holds an offer for sale of up to Rs 2.5 bn by the company's promoter PR Cement Holdings, according to the draft red herring prospectus.
