HSL inaugurates 2 MW rooftop solar plant

CleanMax Solar has commissioned a 2-MW rooftop solar plant for Hindustan Shipyard (HSL) at Vizag. The 2-MW solar plant will meet 35 per cent of HSL's power requirement with 28 lakh units of clean solar energy being generated annually by the plant. The solar plant, now the largest rooftop solar plant in Andhra Pradesh, will help the shipyard to save Rs 4.8 mn per annum in energy costs and will also reduce its environmental footprint. <p></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Contact: Hindustan Shipyard.<br /> Website: www.hslvizag.in</span></p>
