Anchor Electricals to build Rs.2 bn plant

Anchor Electricals will be setting up a 30-acre factory in Sri City and will be investing Rs 2 bn to produce fans, wiring devices and switch gear. The products will be catering to the Central and South Indian markets. Once the plant is operated in 2020, it is expected to generate 2,000 jobs.
