As a result, the OEMs already using Volvo Penta BS (CEV) III engines will have no trouble changing to a BS (CEV/Trem) IV model, as the SCR catalyst will simply just replace the current silencer. It will also allow for lesser regulated export markets to be served without need of engine room redesign, and can be considered future-proof against the inevitable BS (CEV/Trem) V regulations Demand drivers in 2019: We have been steadily growing over the last more than 20 years and we are looking into a bright future on the all speed engine segment like construction and mining, material handling, agriculture as well as special applications.</p> <p> BS CEV IV regulations which come in effect in October 2020 will accelerate the demand for highly efficient and environment friendly Volvo Penta industrial engines. Announcement contributing to the company's growth in 2018: From a CSR point of view, Volvo Penta engine powered the journey of first six women crew who sailed around the world recently. The new emission regulation BS CEV IV due for implementation in 2020 has initiated a number of new projects.</p>
