The elliptical motion also helps when dealing with tough materials or oversized materials in not only crushing it but also making sure it pushes along very smoothly within the crushing chamber.</p> <p> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Demand drivers in 2019: </span>Road construction, mining and quarries will continue to be our main applications. </p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Announcement contributing to the company's growth in 2018:</span> The introduction of drum cutter series which we launched in May 2018 had very good initial reactions. We have made a few installations in India. Now we have screening, crushing, drum cutting, and grapples so we are literally a 360 degree solution provider for our clients.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Challenge for the company in 2019: </span>General election certainly is the biggest threat to us in 2019.</p> <p> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Key strategy to success in 2019:</span> We come from a country that is 1/10th the size of India in terms of geography and 1/20th the size of population. So we look at India as a continent from the kind of sizes we are looking at. We wanted it to be gradual. We looked at south of India first, then west, north and now east. So by 2019, we will be able to say we are really covering all 29 states in a very integrated manner.</p>
