Our integration facility will be ready in 2019

At the bauma India, Enovation Controls launched two new products that are going to hit the market in 2019, apart from showcasing a wide range of BS IV solutions. Harpreet Singh Wahan, General Manager v Sales and Marketing, shares more on the company's plans and market outlook...

One path-breaking offering: We believe in total equipment integration. It helps us integrate the whole equipment of the customer and bring the entire equipment together to make it a more intelligent one.

Demand drivers in 2019: Improved efficiency like fuel efficiency, better hydraulic control, is one place where we see a lot of growth. Another one is BS IV regulations which will be coming up in 2020. These are the two places where we should have growth in the next few years. Roads, coal mining and material handling are really on the growth path.

Challenge for the company in 2019: The two key challenges are the elections and meeting the next level emission norms by 2020. The election may affect the first half of 2019 while the new emission regulations can impact the second half of 2019 and the start of 2020.

Key strategy to success in 2019: We have been in India from 2011 with a sales office and an engineering office. By July 2019, we will have an integration facility in India which we would take slowly towards a full-fledged manufacturing facility in the second quarter of 2020.

Recommendation for the construction equipment market growth: User experience, equipment safety and equipment efficiency are the ways that equipment will become better to use. Focusing more on these aspects will help them differentiate their equipment from others.
