Operator skill is going to be a challenge for users, for which we have put up a DSIR-approved training centre that trains our people, customers' people and dealers.   Key strategy to success in 2019: Always be close to the customer, understand his requirements, service the equipment in the best possible way in terms of response time, parts availability, trained manpower in any part of the country or whenever we export. We are laying more emphasis on exports. The after-sales market is important, and something that sets us apart. Recommendation for growth of the construction equipment market: The whole chain of cash flow should be properly maintained. Financial closure of any project taken up is essential right in the beginning. It is important to have a clear cash flow at all points.
