ValvTechnologies names new Director of Global Quality Management

Based in Houston, Whittaker will report to the company?s President, Kevin Hunt, and be responsible for global quality standards, programs and systems. In this role, he will lead the development and continuous improvement of the company?s quality programs and processes to support the growth and globalisation of the company.

Most recently, Whittaker served as Director of Quality for General Plastics and Composites, L.P. for six years, where he developed and managed the corporate quality program and systems. Previously, he held senior quality management positions at Oceaneering International, Inc., Dana Corporation, and E-Z-GO Textron. He brings a comprehensive quality management and business leadership experience base to ValvTechnologies, together with an impressive track record of process improvement and change agency.
