Allen Engineering receives Governor?s Quality Award

Allen Engineering Corp (AEC) received the Achievement level Governor?s Quality Award during the 25th Annual Awards Celebration held in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 12, 2019. Of the 20 organisations that received awards, Allen Engineering Corp received the highest-level award presented this year?the Achievement level award. The awards given included the Achievement, Commitment and Challenge Award levels.

More than 300 business and civic leaders from throughout Arkansas attended the celebration where Governor Asa Hutchinson presented the awards.

?I am proud of the dedication, commitment, and pursuit of excellence that the Allen team shows every day, and this award is a testament to all of their hard work,? said Don Gordon, Vice President of Operations, AEC.

In addition to the award recognition, the Governor?s Quality Award program also provided an in-depth evaluation and written feedback report citing strengths and areas for improvement. AEC plans to use this engage in continuous quality improvement, which will lead to performance excellence.
