Manitowoc appoints new dealer in Mexico

Long-standing Manitowoc Cranes dealers, Sitsa and Tracsa, are now the exclusive distributors for Grove and National Crane products in Mexico. Both companies form the Tracsa Group, which will sell the complete range of Grove and National Crane products and offer parts, aftersales services and support to customers in the Mexican market.

According to Jorge Zanella, Regional Business Manager for Grove in Mexico, the Tracsa Group will stock an up-to-date portfolio of National Crane boom trucks and Grove all-terrain and rough-terrain cranes that have proven popular in Mexico, such as the GRT8100, GRT880, GMK4100L, GMK5150L and GMK5250L-1. The new dealers are also committed to increasing local parts availability and providing excellent service by technicians extensively trained by Manitowoc.

?We have been working with the companies from Tracsa Group for more than ten years now, and they know our products very well,? Zanella said. ?For the last year and a half, they intensified their technicians? training for Grove and National Crane to enhance services. The new partnership with this renowned group will boost access to Grove and National Crane products in Mexico and help us increase customers? uptime.?
