Terex Cranes to showcase new RT and tower cranes

Terex Cranes is ready to launch important novelties both for rough terrain and tower cranes at Conexpo-Con/Agg 2020. At Terex Corporation booth located at Festival Grounds - F7376, the new Terex rough terrain model TRT 80US will be presented. TRT 80US is an 80 USt max capacity crane with a main boom length of 138 ft (42.1 m) ft. It is the first model featuring TEOS, the new Terex operating system; the next generation on Terex control system features a 10 inch touch screen display with a totally new user interface with improved information flow and accessibility, to increase customer?s operating efficiency.

There are plenty of innovations in tower cranes too. The flat top model CTT 472-20 will be raised on Terex booth. CTT 472-20 features eleven jib configurations from 98 to 262 ft (30 to 80 m) and an extremely competitive load chart, delivering a maximum 22 USt (20 t) and up to 4.9 US ton (4.48-tonne) at max jib length.

The new Terex T-Torque slewing technology will be presented for the first time in the market. A fully dynamic system, as a result of several internal testing and with the precious support of crane operators from around the world, that we think can answer the different needs in terms of load control and crane operation. It is a fully customised system that will easily help the crane operators find the best fit to their driving style, from smoother movements to fast reaction (matching the well-known Terex SK models behaviour).

The company will also present the T-LINK Telematics system both for tower cranes and rough terrain cranes, for remote access of crane data via internet.
