Sagar Cements to invest in Satguru, Jajpur Cements

Sagar Cements is planning an investment of Rs 1.5 bn in Satguru Cements to set-up a greenfield cement plant of 1 mn tonne along with WHR power plant at Rs 4.26 bn in Indore.
It has also decided to invest Rs 1.08 bn in Jajpur Cements.
