India and UAE to ink MoU for projects in third countries

In order to set up projects in third countries beginning with Ethiopia, India and the UAE will reportedly sign a MoU for the first time. The countries will collaborate to set up an IT excellence centre in Ethiopia with Delhi's expertise and UAE's funds.
