Janak Kumar Garg appointed Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety

Janak Kumar Garg, a senior bureaucrat, has been appointed as the Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety (CMRS). Garg, who is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers officer, has now been entrusted with the task of ensuring safety to metro railways network.
As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, he has been appointed as the CMRS in the Commission of Railway Safety till the date of his superannuation.
