NCC considering warrants for promoters

Urban infrastructure development company, NCC Ltd recently announced that a Board of Directors meeting is to be held on 30 December 2020, to finalise the company?s results and to consider and approve a proposal for issuing warrants to promoters or promoter groups on a preferential basis.

In this regard, the trading window for dealing in the company?s securities shall remain shut in compliance with SEBI norms, for promoters, directors, other designated persons, and immediate relatives of designated persons covered under the said code from 23 December 2020 to 31 December 2020 (both days included).

The company, in a regulatory filing, informed the BSE that the trading window would further continue to remain closed from 1 January 2021, till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31 December 2020.
