MRG to fund Rs 350 cr for affordable housing project
MRG Group, a construction company, which is into affordable housing development, is investing nearly Rs 350 crore in a project construction in Gurgaon. The project includes 1,334 units, and is spread across 10 acre.It is MGR's fourth affordable housing project. In the housing unit The Skyline, the prices begin from Rs 25.26 lakh.
According to the MRG World officials, there is a rising demand for affordable housing in Gurgaon.
Vikas Garg, Deputy MD, MRG World, told the media that costing of the project would be financed via internal accruals.
The Skyline is located at Dwarka Expressway at Sector 106, developing in single-phase over four years. It is the first affordable housing project in Gurgaon which comprises a car parking space, sports field, and swimming pool.
The firm has three ongoing projects in Gurgaon, and according to the realty group, it would be ready before time. The Balcony at Sector 93, Ultimus is at Sector 90, and The Meridian at sector 89, Gurgaon.
Each of these projects is below the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) registration. MRG World also has its presence in the financial, education, and Agri sectors.
