Hines, DNR Group to invest Rs 65 cr in Bengaluru commercial project

US-based real estate company Hines and DNR group will pump in Rs 650 crore in the coming three years to form a commercial project in Bengaluru. Hines, a global realty investment company, having a presence in 255 cities across 27 nations, entered India in 2006.

In 2020, Hines and Bengaluru-based DNR partnered to build an office complex in the IT city with 1 million sq ft of built-up area.

On Wednesday, DNR Group and Hines began the development of the 'DNR Altitude' project.

The project is situated on a 4-acre commercial area held by DNR Group in Yeshwanthpur.

The project with 1 million sq ft of the built-up area will have a grade-A quality 20-storey office tower.

In a statement, the firm said that Altitude is likely to be concluded by end-2024 with an investment of about Rs. 650 crore.
