Greater Noida has over 90 industrial plots for sale

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is offering 91 plots ranging in size from 450 sq m to 40,470 sq m as part of an industrial plot scheme that was launched a day before Diwali.

Ecotech-01, Extension-01 and Ecotech-06 are the industrial sectors where the plots are located. The industrial plot scheme is accepting applications from November 3 to November 25. According to GNIDA officials, allotments will be made on an as-is, where is basis.

The authority had also launched a similar scheme in October, offering 23 plots ranging in size from 450 sq m to 20 acres to people in various industrial sectors such as Ecotech 6, 8, 10, and 11.

An official from GNIDA said that they are offering 91 plots in the industrial sectors Ecotech-01, Extension-01, and Ecotech-06 under our open-ended industrial plot scheme with sizes ranging from 450 to 40,470 sq m or 10 acres.

These plots are free of all impediments. Their lease plans are complete, and possession will be granted after a 30% deposit is received.

Officials also said that while no interview will be required for allotments of industrial plots up to 4,000 sq m, all allotments of industrial plots larger than 4,000 sq m will be given after an interview.

The Greater Noida Industrial Area is the gateway to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and is located at the intersection of the Western and Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors. It is located in India's capital, New Delhi's National Capital Region, and is adjacent to Noida, one of Asia's largest industrial townships.
