Engcon to launch its third generation of products

Engcon announced that it will be launching its third generation of products in 2022. The new product line to feature a new tiltrotator system for excavators, engineered with sustainability, integration, and compatibility along with smart technology as well as the reduction of energy consumption as top priorities.

The third generation tiltrotator system would be presented for the very first time at Vei og Anlegg, the Norwegian trade fair, from May 11-13.

The technology is based on the combination of a newly developed type of valve with smart software that collaborates with the load-sensing hydraulic system of the excavator. This optimises the tiltrotator’s functions as well as the excavator’s movements, which leads to smoother digging along with enhanced precision.

Engcon founder and owner, Stig Engström said that to meet the increased demands for electrification, security, digitalization, and sustainability, they have developed a solution adapted for the future of digging. The company’s new tiltrotator system shows that Engcon stands at the forefront of innovative solutions driving the development forward to reduce the fossil fuel dependence and the climate impact of excavators.

The third generation tiltrotator system via a mobile application can enable a higher degree of individual customisation to a form of connected remote diagnostics along with mobile support.
