Bhagat has paid a stamp duty of Rs 70 lakh for the transaction.

As per the listing on India Sotheby's International Realty, the apartment is a part of a building having a plot size of 410 sq m.

The apartment in South Delhi has a built-up area of 270 sq m and four spacious bedrooms.
