Tenant verification to be a must, Haryana police

For tenant verification, the police provided an online link. On the link, a person can upload documents in addition to a completed form. According to the police, anyone who has not performed tenant verification will be charged under Section 188 of the IPC.

Residents can apply for tenant verification online by visiting the haryana police website, according to deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Surinder Pal Singh.

DCP Singh gave them the order to conduct tenant verification in their regions during a recent meeting with police post in-charges and station house officers (SHOs). Additionally, he urged people to verify tenants by going to a police station or post in their neighbourhood.
