Strata enters Pune market

The commercial real estate investment platform Strata launched an office space in Pune with the objective of raising Rs 350 million through fractional ownership of the asset. A well-known manufacturer has leased office space in Hinjewadi, Pune, according to Strata without naming the business. Investors with modest appetites can invest in commercial real estate through fractional ownership and get a rental yield. This aids the business in obtaining the necessary funding from numerous small investors rather than just one large one. With over 2.8 million square feet of space in places like Bengaluru, Hosur, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and Jaipur, Strata has assets valued more than Rs 7 billion.
