Three plots will be up for auction by the Gandhinagar development board

The Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority (GUDA) intends to hold an online auction of three plots in Kudasan, Sargasan, and Vavol on September 15. The basic value of these plots will range from Rs 108.9 to Rs 404.3 million.

Town planning schemes 6, 7, and 13 apply to the sites. GUDA has set a basic price of Rs 73,000 per sq m for the site in Kudasan, which is anticipated to bring in Rs 404.3 mn.

The site in Sargasan is valued at Rs 51,000 per square metre and is anticipated to produce at least Rs 108.9 mn. The third plot in Vavol will be sold at auction for a minimum of Rs 111.6 mn at a rate of Rs 40,900 per sq m.

On September 15, at 12 p.m., the online auction will be accessible to everyone. Between September 1 and September 9, interested parties can sign up online. The proceeds from the sale of these plots will be used by the top planning authority to purchase tools for maintaining the city's infrastructure.
