Apollo Tyres launches two tyre brands for electric vehicles in India

Apollo Tyres, a multinational tyre manufacturing firm based in India, has launched two tyre brands for electric passenger cars and two-wheelers because it is optimistic about potential in both the domestic and international markets.

According to a report by PTI, Apollo Tyres' Amperion would serve the country's hatchback, compact sport utility vehicle (SUV), and sedan markets, which include models like the Tata Nexon, MG ZSE, and Hyundai Kona.

However, WAV has been made available for the majority of high-performance electric scooters, such as the TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak, and Ather 450.

In the next one, Apollo Tyres also intends to create EV motorbike tyres.
