Six town planning initiatives in Pune to be implemented soon

According to representatives of the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority, six town planning initiatives would be implemented this fiscal year.

The Mann Mhalunge town development proposal is the first of the six. While efforts are being made to issue property cards and new notices for plots in the Mann-Mhalunge town planning scheme's flood line area, notices will be issued for three other town planning schemes over the course of the next three months, followed by the same for the other two schemes.

Mhalunge-Mann, Wadachiwadi, Autande-Handewadi, Manjri-Kalewadi, and two Holkarwadi town planning schemes are among the six town planning schemes.

After the proper hearing process and the appointment of an arbitrator, the government would be given the specifics of the five town planning proposals.
