Nayara Energy to shut Vadinar refinery for maintenance

In order to perform routine maintenance, Indian private refiner Nayara Oil, which is partially owned by Russian energy giant Rosneft, wants to completely shut down its 400,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Vadinar refinery starting in November. Beginning on November 1, the refinery on India's west coast is anticipated to shut down.
