Power transmission arm integrated by Adani Transmission

According to reports, Adani Transmission has established a fully-owned subsidiary called Adani Electricity Jewar to conduct business in the areas of power transmission, distribution, and supply, as well as other relevant infrastructure services. Adani Electricity Jewar (AEJL) is the name under which the company has incorporated its WOS (wholly owned subsidiary), with an initial authorised and paid up capital of Rs 100,000 each, among other things, to conduct the business of power transmission, distribution, and supply, as well as other infrastructure services related thereto.
