Ocean Lifespaces bags contract from DP World for developing industrial space

Ocean Lifespaces India, a leading design and build, EPC, and GC contracting company, recently announced that it has won the design and build EPC contract to complete 600,000 sq ft of industrial structure in Chennai for Dubai-based port and logistics Group, DP World. The announcement comes on the heels of Ocean securing another coveted civil work contract from ZF Rane Automotive India, a joint venture between German-based automotive technology supplier, ZF Group, and Rane Group, to develop 100,000 square feet for its new plant in Tiruchirapalli. Ocean Lifespaces, which has marquee corporate clients such as Ford, Swiss Re, Google, Ola, Walmart, and others, has recently seen an increase in contract wins for interior solutions and civil works.
