Birla Estates acquires 10 acre land in Bengaluru for housing project

Birla Estates has announced the acquisition of 10 acres of land in Bengaluru for the development of a housing project with a Rs 9 billion sales potential. Birla Estates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries, announced the acquisition of a 10-acre land parcel in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, South Bengaluru, in a statement. The project has a development potential of 1 million square feet and a revenue potential of Rs 9 billion, as per the sources.
