Trident Realty acquires 200-acre land in Panchkula

Trident Realty Group has purchased a 200-acre plot of land in Panchkula and plans to invest Rs 30 billion in developing a township there. With this move, the company enters a tier 2 city, and similar developments are planned for Ahmedabad, Baroda, Nasik, Jammu, and Pune. The company, which has offices in Delhi NCR and MMR, plans to develop a 125-acre land parcel in the first phase, which will include buyer plots and common facilities.
