Tata Power gathers 10k million through NCDs

Last week, Tata Power said that it has collected INR 10k million through the private offering of non-convertible debentures.

The company announced in a regulatory filing that it had privately placed 10,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth INR 10K million that were unsecured, redeemable, taxable, listed, and rated.

Series I NCDs worth INR 5K million are expected to expire on January 8, 2030, while Series II NCDs worth INR 5K million are expected to mature on December 29, 2032, it was further said. On BSE, the NCDs would be listed.
