NHAI project in Bihar awarded to Ashoka Buildcon

Ashoka Buildcon emerged as the lowest bidder for a NHAI project in Bihar. The project calls for upgrading an existing 2-lane carriageway to a 4-lane carriageway on the Bihta-Koilwar section (25.081 km) in Bihar, as well as providing connectivity to the current RoB near Danapur station (0.230 km), 1.35 km of ramps, at-grade improvements to a four-lane section on the Danapur side, and at-grade improvements to a four-lane section on the Danapur side.

With a bid value of Rs.216,10.00 million, the company won the project as the lowest bidder.

Additionally, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. has provided letters of intent to Ashoka Buildcon for two projects totaling Rs. 8076.40 million. In Uttar Pradesh, the business would build energy distribution infrastructure in the Aligarh-2 Zone Etah and Kasganj circles. In accordance with a revised reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector strategy, the second project entails the development of distribution infrastructure in the Agra-1 zone (electricity distribution circle or EDC of Fatehabad, Mainpuri, Firozabad, and EUDC Firozabad).
