Brokk to Display its Smallest Demolition Robot at ConExpo

The Brokk 70 is 35 inches tall and 23.5 inches wide, allowing it to fit through narrow doorways and into tight interior demolition spaces. It weighs 1,235 pounds and can be transported using a standard passenger elevator.
The demolition robot includes a Brokk BHB 105 hydraulic breaker with 159 joules of hitting power. The three-part arm has a vertical reach of 10.5 feet and a horizontal reach of 8.8 feet. Concrete crushers, drum cutters, grapples, scoop buckets, and other attachments can be used with the Brokk 70. Water spray to suppress dust and air cooling for hot environments are optional features.
Brokk also included its SmartConcept system, which includes three components: Smart Power, SmartDesign, and SmartRemote. When using the unit with generators or unreliable power sources, SmartPower can detect poor or faulty power supplies and compensate before component damage occurs. SmartDesign simplifies maintenance by using 70% fewer cables, rugged components, and easily accessible grease points and hydraulic hoses. According to the company, the SmartRemote is an ergonomic remote control with adjustable straps, intuitive controls, and professional-grade radio technology with a wireless working range of nearly 1,000 feet.
