Mahindra Lifespaces plans plotted developments foray

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, is trying to add more revenue streams to its business portfolio by foraying into plotted developments across important property markets and rebuilding projects in Mumbai, said a top corporate executive.

The company is now pursuing land transactions with a gross development value of more than 55,000 million, including four bids for projects to reconstruct mid-income housing societies in the nation's financial capital.
