Adani Ports crosses 300 MMT cargo handling

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) reached 300 million metric tonnes (MMT) of cargo throughput. The freight handling was completed in 329 days.

APSEZ has grown since its inception over two decades ago and continues to surpass overall cargo volume growth in India, with its market share quickly increasing, according to a company statement.

"APSEZ's flagship port, Mundra, is beating all of its nearest competitors by comfortable margins and remains the nation's largest port in terms of volumes handled," APSEZ CEO and Whole Time Director Karan Adani said.
