Delhi University: NBCC floats tender for academic building

A tender for the design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of an academic building at the Faculty of Technology, North Campus, University of Delhi, has been released by NBCC (India) under Package-1.

The building's structure will include a double basement, ground floor, seven floors, sanitary and plumbing work, electrical work (low side and high side), HVAC with BMS system, firefighting services, a fire alarm system, an EPABX system, security and IT infrastructure, low voltage systems, lifts, STP system, external development, solar panels for photovoltaic power, and other things.

The contract has an estimated value of $1,660 million and an 18-month completion window.
