GR Infra receives completion certificate for project in MP

The civil construction firm announced that it has received a completion certificate for a Madhya Pradesh-based project awarded on an EPC basis under the Bharatmala Pariyojana.

The project scope included the construction of an eight-lane access controlled motorway carriageway from Bawadi Village in Ratlam District to Ranni Village in Jhabua District in Madhya Pradesh. The project's cost was Rs 1,047 crore.

The completion certificate was issued by the authority's engineer, and the project was declared ready for commercial operation on February 20, 2023.

GR Infraprojects is a road-focused integrated road engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm. The company has also recently expanded into railway-related projects.

The consolidated net profit of the company increased to Rs 323.65 crore in the quarter ended December 2022, up from Rs 145.48 crore in the previous quarter ended December 2021. In Q3 FY23, sales increased 12.10% year on year to Rs 2,191.88 crore.
