Gurugram's affordable housing to be built by Ganga Realty for Rs 7.5 bn

The first affordable housing complex, dubbed "Tathastu," will be developed in Gurugram by the real estate company Ganga Realty, which is situated in Gurugram. The project is 20 minutes away from the proposed metro station and is situated in Sector 5 of Gurugram. It will also provide simple access to the KMP Expressway and IGI Airport.

As part of the project, the business will build 14 towers with about 2972 affordable units. With a carpet area of 645.73 sq ft and a super area of 1000 square feet, the project would provide 3 BHK units. The cost of the 3BHK configuration apartments is Rs 2.5 million.

About 22 acres will be covered by the project. It will receive funding from a variety of sources, including internal financial strengths and client advances.The company is totally "debt-free" and the project is "self-funded," with completion anticipated for the first quarter of 2027.

The housing development will also include a number of recreational facilities, including a park, a kids' area, an elevated clubhouse, a swimming pool, and many other features. Schools, commercial centres, and other facilities are nearby as well.
