NH-66: The Road to Progress

One highway, nine districts, and 643.295 kilometres. In full swing, the National Highways Authority of India is widening the C between Thiruvananthapuram and Kasaragod. The NH-66 is being divided into 24 sections, with the Neeleshwaram Town ROB in Kasaragod being the smallest at just 0.78 km and the Vengalam-Azhiyur stretch under Kozhikode being the longest at 40.8 km, with the goal being to widen it by 45 m.

Four projects will be finished this year, ten by 2024, six by 2025, and the 12.75 km long Aroor-Thuravoor elevated roadway will be finished by January 31st, 2026. 40% of the work has already been completed.
