KKR to buy Navayuga Udupi Toll Road for 9240mn

According to two sources, PE firm KKR has decided to buy a 100% equity position in the Navayuga Udupi Tollway, a toll road operated by the Navayuga Group with headquarters in Hyderabad, for an estimated $9240 million.

In Karnataka, Navayuga Udupi Tollway is the owner and operator of a 90.1 km road project that is made up of the Kundapur-Surathkal segment, which is 74.8 km long, and the Mangalore-Kerala border part, which is 15.3 km long.
