G Square unveils new project In Chennai

The launch of G Square Ambrosia, the latest project by Tamil Nadu-based plot promoter G Square, has been announced for Padur on Chennai's Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). On 4.2 acre of land, the project will include 120 residential plots and provide 21 top-notch amenities.

The inclusion of important infrastructure features including an underground EB connection, a stormwater drain, a well-laid internal road with street lights, round-the-clock CCTV security, and two years of free maintenance is a major highlight. The project has received both DTCP and RERA approval.

Due to its close proximity to Chennai's IT hub, work location, and residential-centric neighbourhood, the project, located between the prestigious locations of OMR and ECR, offers a work-life balancing lifestyle.

The ready-to-build villa residential plots at "G Square Ambrosia" will start at 549 square feet and range in price from Rs 30 lakhs and more. Plots would initially be offered for sale at a competitive rate of Rs 2999 per sq ft.
