AEGCL releases tender for Railway Traction Bay at Dullabcherra

Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Ltd||CGM (T and T) has released a tender for Turnkey Construction of a 132kV Railway Traction Bay at 132kV Dullabcherra GSS, AEGCL respectively including Supply of Bay Equipment and line bay materials and associated works etc.

The brief description of scope of Works covered under this Bidding Document is furnished below:

Design, Manufacture, Testing at manufacturers works, Supply and Delivery of switchgear equipments etc with all fittings and accessories including loading at manufacturer’s works, transportation and delivery at respective substation sites, including unloading at destination sites.

Erection, Testing & commissioning at site of various equipment and materials including substation steel structures and civil foundation of 1(One) No 132kV bay , at 132kV Dullabcherra GSS.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to the Bidders on or before 12:00 Hours on 17.05.2023 and the technical proposals will be opened in the portal at 14:00 Hrs of 18.05.2023.

As per the tender, the bid validity will be 180 days, and it will be an open bidding process. The bid submission period began on April 24, 2023 and will end on May 8, 2023.

The work is scheduled to be completed in 270 days, or approximately 9 months.

All bids must be accompanied by a tender fee of INR 5,000.00 and a bid security amounting to INR Rs. 6,54,000.00 to be paid via online mode in the Assam e-tender portal- https://assamtenders.gov.in.
