CEAT expands truck service hub footprint in India
CEAT Limited has announced the inauguration of its largest truck service hub in Gandhidham. This service hub is being launched in association with one of CEAT’s esteemed dealers, Bharat Tyres Gujarat Pvt Ltd. CEAT is all set to inaugurate three more such truck service hubs later this month in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka respectively.The newly inaugurated centre in Gandhidham is a cutting-edge facility that boasts a modern tyre display area, comfortable customer seating and six truck alignment bays for multiple trucks to be serviced simultaneously. It is the most advanced and largest retread unit for truck, farm and OTR tyres that has been established in collaboration with Marangoni, an Italy-based premium retreading group. With a strong focus on regular tyre check-ups, the centre emphasises the importance of proper wheel alignment and balancing, as these factors play a crucial role in preventing uneven tyre wear and extending the overall lifespan of the tyres.
As per Arnab Banerjee, MD & CEO, CEAT Limited, the latest truck service hub in Gandhidham is a state-of-the-art facility that showcases CEAT’s commitment to providing top-notch tyre services to the trucking community. With an ‘all under one roof’ approach, the centre is equipped to cater to the unique needs of commercial vehicles.

The advanced technology and expertise is focused on the future and will undoubtedly enhance the overall experience of truck drivers and fleet operators.
As per Vittorio Marangoni, President, Marangoni Group, Bharat Tyres Gujarat Pvt Ltd is Marangoni’s largest industrial scale high quality retreading facility in India for commercial, agriculture and OTR segment tyres. Marangoni is proud to be associated with BTGPL and with it will start discussions with CEAT on how they can jointly bring industry leading tyre solutions to Indian fleets.
CEAT’s truck service hubs are strategically located along highways, providing efficient tyre services to truck drivers and fleet operators. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, these centres offer a range of services including mechanised tyre changing, tyre rotation, computerised alignment, and balancing, aimed at enhancing tyre performance and efficiency.
