Ajmer DISCOM Invites Bids for Solar Projects in Rajasthan
A tender for the development of 72.33 MW grid-connected solar power projects has been released
by Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL) as part of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urid Suraksha evam
Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) for feeder level solarization.Design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance (O&M) of the projects over a period of 25 years are all included in the scope of the job.
The government plans to solarize 1 million grid-connected farm pumps with individual pump capacities up to 7.5 HP as part of PM-KUSUM component C.
The chosen bidder is required to implement the projects using the RESCO model (renewable energy service company).
On or before June 27, 2023, bids must be submitted. Next day, bids will be opened.
The project will cost approximately 35 million (-$424,187)/MW. As an earnest money deposit, bidders must provide $100,000 (or $1,211) per MW of the quoted capacity.
