MMRDA invites bids for Rs 279 cr road projects in KDMC area

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has launched the bidding process for a series of road projects in the Kalyan-Dombivali Municipal Corporation (KDMC) region of Thane. These projects, estimated to cost a total of Rs 279 crore, are divided into four packages, each targeting different road sections.

Package-I involves the widening and construction of Road No. 22 & 23, with an allocated budget of Rs 75.47 crore. In Package-II, a road development initiative is planned with an investment of Rs 70.94 crore. The contract for Package-III, valued at Rs 59.56 crore, includes various roads. Lastly, Package-IV encompasses road construction projects within the KDMC area, with a project cost of Rs 73.21 crore.

Interested parties are invited to submit their bids for all the contracts by July 18, 2023. The completion period for each package is set at 24 months, ensuring the timely execution of the road construction projects.
