Avighna is a boutique real estate developer that executes selective projects in select areas by choice. Our cost structure does not allow us to focus on many other areas because we are extremely focused on delivering high-end products. And that is what our brand is known for years. We have been associated with very few projects, with some of them being large-scale projects. We are extremely conservative in our financial working. Being a completely debt-free developer, we have not opted for construction finance or JVs for any of our projects to date.

Whenever we start a project, we assume zero sales. We make sure that we have the entire financial closure up till the occupation. And only then we acquire the land for any project. Debt for our industry is a tough thing because we do not have a complete projection of cash flows.
